03:01 PM EST, 01/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AbbVie ( ABBV ) is nearing a deal to acquire cancer-drug biotech company Revolution Medicines ( RVMD ) , The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Financial terms of a potential deal couldn't be learned, but Revolution could be valued at around $20 billion at a minimum, according to the report.

AbbVie ( ABBV ) and Revolution didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
