10:24 AM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Advanced Drainage Systems ( WMS ) is in advanced talks to acquire Norma Group's water management unit in a deal valued at $1 billion, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

ADS made a binding bid last week and an agreement could be reached in the coming days, the people reportedly told Bloomberg.

Advanced Drainage Systems ( WMS ) did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
