02:10 PM EST, 02/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Advanced Micro Devices ( AMD ) is in talks to sell certain data center manufacturing plants, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The company is in discussions with Asia-based firms about a potential sale of data center manufacturing plants it had agreed to acquire last year.

The assets could be valued between $3 billion and $4 billion, including debt, and a sale could be announced as early as Q2, according to the report.

Advanced Micro Devices ( AMD ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

The shares of Advanced Micro Devices ( AMD ) were down more than 2% in recent trading.
