06:41 AM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alibaba ( BABA )-backed (BABA) Moonshot AI is considering a Hong Kong initial public offering, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The Chinese artificial intelligence startup behind the Kimi chatbot has held talks with Goldman Sachs ( GS ) and China International Capital about working on an offering, the unnamed sources told the news outlet.

Moonshot and Goldman didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.

Alibaba ( BABA ) shares were down 3.1% in premarket activity.
