12:14 PM EST, 11/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) YouTube TV has entered a multiyear distribution deal with TelevisaUnivision, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing the Spanish-language media company.
The move will bring TelevisaUnivision's channels back to the service after nearly two months off the air. The networks went dark on Sept. 30 after TelevisaUnivision's Univision unit accused YouTube TV of planning to move its channels into a higher-priced tier, the report added.
Under the new agreement, YouTube TV will again carry Univision, UniMas, Galavision, and the sports network TUDN on both its base plan and Spanish plan. The deal also adds TelevisaUnivision's streaming service, ViX, to YouTube's ( GOOG ) Primetime Channels lineup, the report said.
TelevisaUnivision and Google ( GOOG ) didn't immediately reply to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
