05:25 AM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amazon.com ( AMZN ) has recommended its workers avoid using third-party artificial intelligence code generation tools in favor of its proprietary Kiro service, Reuters reported Monday, citing an internal memo.

"While we continue to support existing tools in use today, we do not plan to support additional third party, AI development tools," the memo reportedly said. "We're making Kiro our recommended AI-native development tool for Amazon ( AMZN )."

Amazon ( AMZN ) didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
