Market Chatter: Amazon.com Increases Office Space at WeWork in Midtown Manhattan

05:23 PM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amazon.com ( AMZN ) signed a new lease for an additional 259,000 square feet of space in WeWork offices in Midtown Manhattan, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing a person with knowledge of the matter.

The additional space at 1440 Broadway brings Amazon's ( AMZN ) total in the building to 560,000 square feet, the report said.

Amazon ( AMZN ) didn't immediately comment, Bloomberg said.
