09:13 AM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) and HPS Investment Partners joined KKR (KKR) to provide debt of 1.3 billion British pounds ($1.64 billion) for used-car marketplace Constellation Automotive Group, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

The TDR Capital-owned Constellation initially secured a private unitranche loan from KKR, which then sold portions of the debt to other private credit firms, according to the report.

Hayfin Capital Management is also taking part in the deal, the report added, citing the people.

Apollo, HPS, KKR, Constellation and Hayfin didn't immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
