05:53 AM EDT, 04/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) is close to acquiring the auto interiors division of Forvia in a deal that could be valued at about 1.4 billion euros ($1.64 billion), Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.

Negotiations are in advanced stages, though terms are not finalized and the transaction could still be delayed or abandoned, according to the report.

The unit manufactures interior automotive components such as door panels and center consoles, the report said.

Apollo Global Management ( APO ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
