02:03 PM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) has withdrawn its bid to take Papa John's International (PZZA) private at $64 per share, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing two people familiar with the deal.

Apollo and Papa John's did not immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.

Papa John's shares fell 18% in recent Tuesday trading, and Apollo gained 6.1%.
