Other details of the potential deal, including pricing and structure, were not immediately clear, according to the report. Bankers estimate the deal could be worth between 4 billion UK pounds ($5.39 billion) and 5 billion pounds ($6.74 billion), Sky News said.

Apollo and Pension Insurance Corporation did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
