Foxconn's capacity to take on the technology giant as a server customer may be limited, the unnamed sources told the news outlet. Foxconn is Apple's ( AAPL ) biggest iPhone supplier, according to the report.

Apple ( AAPL ) and Foxconn didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.

Apple ( AAPL ) shares were up 0.4% in recent trading.
