05:31 AM EDT, 07/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Apple's ( AAPL ) artificial intelligence features are delayed and will miss the launch of new operating systems for Apple ( AAPL ) devices, Bloomberg News TV reported Sunday, citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter.

The initial iOS 18 and iPadOS releases are set for September and the AI features under "Apple Intelligence" will follow as software updates by October, according to the report.

The company plans to roll out Apple Intelligence to software developers this week for early testing before its official release, Bloomberg added.

Apple ( AAPL ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
