Aug 14, 2024 11:46 AM

02:23 PM EDT, 08/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Apple ( AAPL ) is pushing ahead with the development of a tabletop home device that features an iPad-like display and a robotic limb, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

The tech giant has a team of several hundred people working on the product, which uses a robotic arm to traverse a large screen, the people reportedly told Bloomberg. The device also uses actuators to tilt the display up and down and make it rotate 360 degrees, according to the report.

Apple ( AAPL ) did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
