02:02 PM EDT, 05/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apple ( AAPL ) is partnering with Anthropic to develop a new "vibe-coding" software platform that will leverage artificial intelligence to write, edit, and test code for programmers, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

The system is a new version of Xcode, Apple's ( AAPL ) programming software, that will incorporate Anthropic's Claude Sonnet model, the people reportedly told Bloomberg.

Apple ( AAPL ) did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
