06:35 AM EDT, 04/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Apple ( AAPL ) supplier Luxshare is considering moving production outside of China, including to the US, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing a transcript of a telephone call between analysts and the company's founder and chair, Wang Laichun.

The Chinese billionaire said Trump's tariffs will have little impact on profits and revenue because Luxshare exports only a small number of the iPhones and AirPods it produces to the US, Reuters reported.

But Wang also said Luxshare is considering investing abroad and delaying some investment plans for China, Reuters reported.

Luxshare did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
