A decision about the potential takeover could be made later on Wednesday, according to the report.

AppLovin ( APP ) will not have the ability to host the servers and a transaction will likely include the hosting deal already in place with Oracle (ORCL), CNBC reported.

Neither AppLovin ( APP ) nor TikTok immediately responded to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
