03:52 PM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ares Management ( ARES ) partner John Gerber is leaving the firm, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people familiar with the situation.

Gerber held the position of head of real estate debt origination at Ares Real Estate and was a member of the company's real estate global investment committee, Bloomberg said.

A representative for Ares declined Bloomberg's request for comment and Gerber didn't immediately respond.

Ares Management ( ARES ) declined MT Newswires' request for comment.
