The disruption started Friday morning and was resolved by the afternoon, the company spokesperson told Bloomberg, adding that the company is investigating the cause of the outage.

ASML ( ASML ) didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

ASML ( ASML ) shares were down more than 1% in recent trading.
