12:54 PM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atkore ( ATKR ) shareholder Irenic Capital Management is pushing the electrical products manufacturer to pursue a potential sale, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter.

Irenic, which is said to hold a 2.5% stake in Atkore ( ATKR ), has privately advised the board and management that a sale to private equity is the best outcome for shareholders, according to the report.
