07:02 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Baidu ( BIDU ) is mulling another bond offering that could include a 3.5-year note, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

Sources told Bloomberg that the company is looking to raise about 4 billion Chinese renminbi ($560 million) to 4.5 billion renminbi from the bond offering, but the plan is not yet final and remains subject to investor feedback.

Baidu ( BIDU ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
