12:33 PM EDT, 03/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of America ( BAC ) has agreed to settle a proposed class action lawsuit with victims of Jeffrey Epstein who accused the bank of aiding him in his sex-trafficking crimes, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing court documents.

Terms of the deal were not immediately available, the report said.

Bank of America ( BAC ) didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
