08:37 AM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of America ( BAC ) has selected Chris Norman from Wells Fargo ( WFC ) to oversee technology mergers and acquisitions in the Americas, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

Norman, who previously managed West Coast tech M&A at Wells Fargo ( WFC ), will take on the new role after a transition period and will be based in Palo Alto, the report said.

He is expected to report to Bank of America's ( BAC ) global M&A co-heads Ivan Farman and Eamon Brabazon, and work alongside Kevin Brunner, who chairs the bank's global M&A group, the report said.

Bank of America ( BAC ) and Wells Fargo ( WFC ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
