04:49 AM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of America ( BAC ) has promoted 387 employees to managing director in 2024, 16% more than in the previous year, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing a person familiar with the matter.

More than half of the promoted employees were women and people of color, the report said.

Bank of America ( BAC ) did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
