10:11 AM EDT, 08/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of Nova Scotia ( BNS ) has recruited seven from JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) , including three managing directors, to establish a new mortgage capital markets business in Houston, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing an internal Bank of Nova Scotia ( BNS ) memo.

Thanh Roettele, Brice Simpson and Francis Lim will join Bank of Nova Scotia ( BNS ) as managing directors on the new team, which will start in the fall, according to the report.

Kevin Wooten will join as a director, while Lindsay Schelstrate, Russell Allen and Daisy Michalson will handle risk and operations support, Bloomberg reported.m
