Market Chatter: Beyond Meat Seeking to Raise New Debt Financing

04:21 PM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Beyond Meat ( BYND ) is looking to borrow as much as $250 million in new credit and the meat substitute company working with a boutique investment banker to gauge investor interest in participating in a new senior secured loan, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The company has tapped PJT Partners to assist with the new fund-raising, which if successful could be used to pay down some of its outstanding debt, the sources told Bloomberg.

Beyond Meat ( BYND ) did not immediately return a message seeking comment from MT Newswires on Wednesday afternoon.
