09:33 AM EST, 11/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BioNTech's (BNTX) collaboration with Pfizer ( PFE ) has not changed, Reuters reported Thursday, citing a BioNTech spokesperson who was asked to comment on a report saying Pfizer ( PFE ) may sell its stake in BioNTech.

"We continue to have a close and strong collaboration," the BioNTech spokesperson told Reuters, adding that BioNTech will not comment on Pfizer's ( PFE ) capital market activities.

Bloomberg reported earlier Thursday that Pfizer ( PFE ) is looking to sell its remaining stake in BioNTech.

Pfizer ( PFE ) is offering around 4.6 million American depositary receipts through an overnight block trade marketed between $108 and $111.70 a share, Bloomberg said, quoting sources familiar with the matter.

Pfizer ( PFE ) didn't immediately respond to a request for comment by MT Newswires.
