03:20 PM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BlackRock ( BLK ) is in discussions with Italian insurance group Sace to manage up to 3 billion euros ($3.31 billion) of assets, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The report cautioned that there was no guarantee a formal deal will be reached by the two sides.

BlackRock ( BLK ) and Sace did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
