10:31 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- A group led by BlackRock's ( BLK ) Global Infrastructure Partners subsidiary secured a $10 billion financing package to support its investment in Saudi Aramco's natural gas infrastructure at the Jafurah project, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

A majority of the package is a seven-year loan facility, which may be refinanced later in the bond market, the report said.

The financing, arranged by banks including major Japanese and Wall Street lenders, also includes a 19-year loan facility, the report said.

BlackRock ( BLK ) and Saudi Aramco did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
