07:09 AM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BlackRock ( BLK )-owned (BLK) Global Infrastructure Partners' Skyborn Renewables subsidiary is planning a stake sale in the Gennaker wind farm under development off Germany, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The company has mandated Banco Santander (SAN) to run a sales process for the project, the unnamed sources told the news outlet.

The development still hasn't secured a power-purchase deal, but remains in late-stage negotiations, Bloomberg reported, citing the sources.

Skyborn declined to comment, while BlackRock ( BLK ) and Santander didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
