07:15 AM EST, 03/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) closed on an $8 billion commercial real-estate debt fund this week, The Wall Street Journal reported Friday.

The investment vehicle will be active in North America, Europe and Australia, according to the report. It makes property loans and purchases current loans.

Blackstone did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
