07:23 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) intends to acquire Japanese staffing company TechnoPro Holdings for $3.40 billion, Nikkei reported Tuesday.

The investment fund reportedly plans to commence a tender offer for the take-private deal.

Blackstone did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
