02:47 PM EST, 11/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone's (BX) Avery Lodge has garnered interest from investment firms Bain Capital, Apollo Global Management, and Brookfield Asset Management, Bloomberg reported.
The worker housing firm, which owns a set of four purpose-built worker compounds with about 1,700 units, could be valued at SG$750 million ($562.7 million).
The report cautioned that a sale was not guaranteed as Blackstone may opt to keep the assets, while other bidders could also emerge.
Blackstone, Bain Capital, Apollo Global Management, and Brookfield Asset did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
