12:37 PM EDT, 10/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blue Owl Capital (OWL) is in talks to buy IPI Partners for about $1 billion, Bloomberg reported Thursday.

A deal could be announced this month if both sides reach an agreement, the report said, citing people familiar with the matter. However, there is no guarantee, and the terms of the deal could change.

Blue Owl and IPI Partners did not immediately respond to request for comments by MT Newswires.
