06:59 AM EST, 02/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Boeing ( BA ) Chief Aerospace Safety Officer Mike Delaney will retire later in 2025, Reuters reported Friday, citing a company memo sent by Chief Executive Kelly Ortberg to employees.

The planemaker will appoint Delaney's successor in the next few weeks, the news agency reported, citing the memo.

Boeing ( BA ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
