Market Chatter: Boeing Key Supplier Doncasters Eyes IPO in New York
Oct 29, 2025 8:23 AM

10:45 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Boeing ( BA ) key suppler Doncasters Group is exploring an initial public offering in New York and has invited banks to pitch to manage the share sale in the coming weeks, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

No final decision has been made on the potential IPO, which would be planned for 2026, the sources said.

The UK metal engineering firm could struggle to achieve similar valuation multiples as its larger engineering peer Howmet Aerospace ( HWM ) , which has gained nearly 84% this year, some of the sources told Bloomberg.

Doncasters did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
