Financial advisers have reached out to potential suitors on the aircraft maker's behalf to assess interest in several smaller units, the news outlet reported, citing people familiar with the talks. The company's Digital Receiver Technology unit is among the assets potentially under consideration, according to the report.

Boeing ( BA ) declined to comment, Bloomberg reported.
