12:30 PM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Brown-Forman (BF.A, BF.B) is said to be a potential acquisition target of Pernod Ricard, which has held some initial talks with the maker of Jack Daniel's whiskey, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Brown-Forman and Pernod Ricard didn't immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
