06:46 AM EST, 02/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ByteDance is in advanced talks to sell mobile game developer Shanghai Moonton Technology to Saudi Arabia's Savvy Games in a deal valued at $6 billion to $7 billion, Reuters reported Friday, citing unnamed sources.

The sale of the studio behind the mobile game"Mobile Legends: Bang Bang" could be completed as early as this quarter, one of the sources reportedly said.

The companies have reportedly agreed on broad terms, another source said, Reuters reported.

ByteDance did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
