01:08 PM EDT, 03/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Citigroup ( C ) is cutting roughly 20 positions at its investment banking division in London amid a slump in global dealmaking, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The job cuts include some managing director positions but mostly involve junior staff levels, the report said, citing the people.

Citigroup ( C ) declined MT Newswires' request for comment.
