09:28 AM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Citigroup ( C ) has been pitching to investors a potential deal to help Ukraine fund its reconstruction, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The deal could include a refinancing transaction for state-owned grid operator NPC Ukrenergo to rebuild the country's power grid, the report said.

Interest from investors has been mixed due to the ongoing war with Russia, the report added.
