04:07 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Clearwater Analytics ( CWAN ) is mulling a sale of the company after receiving interest in a possible takeover, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The Idaho-based financial software firm is conferring with advisers on possible options and attempting to solicit interest from buyers, the report said.

Discussions are early and a deal could fail to materialize, the report said.

The company did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.

Shares of the company were up 3.3% in recent premarket activity.
