02:28 PM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Comcast's ( CMCSA ) spinoff of most of its cable network portfolio will be named Versant, CNBC reported Tuesday, citing an interview with Chief Executive Mark Lazarus.

Comcast ( CMCSA ) did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
