Comcast's ( CMCSA ) decision to build the park at a 500-acre site in Bedford would partly hinge on economic incentives to mitigate risks, according to the report.

Comcast ( CMCSA ) is expected to decide before the end of the year, with the sources claiming the company could explore other potential sites for the theme park, the report said.
