03:12 PM EDT, 07/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Confluent (CFLT) Global Head of Sales Hemanth Vedagarbha has left the company, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing a person familiar with the matter.

The departure comes as the company transitions its sales model as revenue growth has stalled, the report said.

Vedagarbha had been with the company for four years.

The company did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

Confluent shares fell 6.1% in recent trading.
