03:03 PM EST, 11/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CoreWeave picked Morgan Stanley ( MS ) , Goldman Sachs ( GS ) , and JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) to lead an initial public offering scheduled for next year, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The cloud-computing provider may add more banks to IPO, the report said.

CoreWeave last month closed a $650 million credit facility led by JPMorgan ( JPM ), Goldman Sachs ( GS ) and Morgan Stanley ( MS ), the report said.

CoreWeave, Morgan Stanley ( MS ) and JPMorgan ( JPM ) declined to comment, and Goldman Sachs ( GS ) didn't immediately respond to requests for comment, Bloomberg said.

The four companies didn't immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
