07:16 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CVS Health's ( CVS ) Aetna unit has more than 81% of members in top-rated programs, and UnitedHealth ( UNH ) has 78%, according to the US government's 2026 quality ratings, Reuters reported Thursday, citing data released by the government.

Meanwhile, Elevance (ELV) has only 55% of members, and Humana (HU) with 20% in the top plans, according to figures from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and companies cited by Reuters.

The percentages determine bonus payments potentially worth billions of dollars from the government to health insurers, the report said.

The insurers and the regulator did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
