07:17 AM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Deere (DE) sales in Brazil could drop by a single-digit percentage next year amid global uncertainties tied to US President Donald Trump's tariffs and elevated interest rates, Reuters reported Thursday, citing a company executive.
"Today, a positive scenario would be (like) 2025, but (sales are) likely to decline," the news agency reported, citing Antonio Carrere, vice president of sales and marketing at the agricultural machinery maker's Brazil arm, adding that a 5% or 6% drop was possible.
Deere didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
