01:54 PM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dell Technologies ( DELL ) is acquiring Israeli data-infrastructure start-up Dataloop for $120 million in an all-cash deal, tech news website CTech reported Wednesday.

Dataloop has developed a platform that manages and processes unstructured data used to train artificial intelligence models, the report said.

Dell Technologies ( DELL ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

Shares of the company were down over 4% in recent trading.
