03:29 PM EDT, 04/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Energy Transfer's ( ET ) temporary restraining order that blocked DT Midstream ( DTM ) from building pipelines that intersected existing conduit was overturned by a Louisiana appellate court, Bloomberg reported Wednesday.

DT Midstream ( DTM ) had been seeking to construct a pipeline beneath Energy Transfer's ( ET ) network, but was prevented from doing so by a court order that was reversed by the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal.

Energy Transfer ( ET ) and DT Midstream ( DTM ) did not immediately respond to requests for comment by MT Newswires.
